I hope agents soon become extinct. I found all the homes I wanted to buy myself using realator.com and zillow apps on my phone. When I sell, I will sure research these companies that list your home and take pictures etc etc and charge a flat fee instead of 6% commission. Then hire a lawyer for a few hundred dollars to do the paperwork. Looks like you found the homes you want to see yourself also. Why do you need an agent to take you to see the house? Why can't we go see ourselves like buying a car ?
