Hi Chris, there is a supermarket in the basement of Shin Kong place that has international goods and is priced reasonably. The few items I compared to auchan were about the same. You can get into the supermarket by going to exit 4 of the times square metro station. There is a hallway off the main exit that will take you through the food court and into the supermarket. Honestly though, jjh.auchandrive.com is probably more convenient.

You can try Yoga Lessons in Hanlin neighbourhood centre- This would be near to R&D, WenXing plaza, WenCui plaza etc. For a Gym, you can try the Dushu Lake Gym, accessible to all HET students. North you can go to the gym above Sam's club, impulse fitness, two blocks from Xinghu Jie and Jinji hu da dao...

Apparently there is a promotion too at Bodi Gym. If I am not mistaken, it is 1980 a year, no swimming pool though... Check it out if you are interested. Bodi is at Xing Hai Jie.
