Prayers for them, I wonder if they have a "Project Sanctuary" and a Women's Empowerment group? The counselors, are trained in D.V. and can get protection orders, safe houses, and usually have great connections for legal help.

Maybe someone from the next county could help , not sure. The victims assistance should be able to advise her. Nice of you to assist her. I hope she learns and grows from this.
