Middlebury - Bubbles and Biscuits- 825-7771. Irene. I didn't know where to take Charlie and she came VERY highly recommended. She did a great job - LISTENED to EXACTLY what we wanted done. I was afraid he'd have a buzz cut when I picked him up and he looked fabulous.
