Valvoline at 1001 Erie Blvd. They don't do tires but are great for an inspection and oil change. I take my car to Dunn Tire in Camillus for tires.

I've used Feldman & Sons on Burnet for years. Reliable, affordable and they sell tires. Waiting room and bathroom are definitely for the more adventurous types though.
