ok mommy friends, I am looking for recommendations for nanny's and/or off-base day care centers that take children who are 16-18 months.

Caesar's Creek or Fussa Heritage International would probably be your best bets. Faith Kingdom is full English speaking. Tulip is Japanese only. I don't think Little Bear takes kids that young.

If both parents are working, Kodomo Gakuen is a great option. Full Japanese preschool (not daycare), they take children who turned one as of the most recent April 1. There is no requirement for both parents to work once the child is 3 as of April 1. They provide a bus out of east gate.
