There is a ton of stuff on you tube and body building.com has videos for weights and a lot of eating/recipes etc. doing weight training burns a lot of fat ups your bone density and gives more shape. Cardio at home you can do if no equipment is just walking lunges squats with a jump burpees push ups mountain climbers. It's overwhelming at first but doing 30 sec to 1 min of each exercise make u sweat and very sore. Also look at cathe.com. Amazing step and other DVDs. I do her muscle max the timesaver full body work out. It's a whippin but its given me more shape. I've still got 50 lbs to lose but I e lost 25 since march eating better and exercising. Now I'm doing more so hopefully get there faster. The key is consistency everyday! Good luck!

I highly recommend at home work outs. I use Focus T25. You must be disciplined though. I don't do the gym because I don't like people watching me.

Free training online. Bodybuilder.com you put your goals and pick a workout it's usually a 30-90 day workout with food tips and motivation! I use the Jamie Eason workout I love it! No need to pay someone you seem like a very self motivated individual! Just get a gym membership and goooo!! Also don't let them pervert of men who are there already try to be your "fitness trainer" lol! They just want your precious time to stare at your beauty!
