We called Sunrise Pest Control when we found termites during a renovation. The guy diagnosed damp wood termites, told us they would go away once the leak attracting them was fixed so no treatment needed, checked the rest of the house and then cut his bill in half because he wasn't here long. I was impressed.

I had Sunrise Pest Management come out when our contractor discovered termites in our kitchen. The guy diagnosed them as damp wood termites, correctly advised us that drying out the area was the only fix and any spraying would be redundant, took a look around the rest of the property for possible issues, found none, and cut the price of his service call in half.
