Elizabeth Travel 378 Wen Xin Road Sec 1, 15F-5. 2329-8277 (04)2329-8277. I've used Elizabeth for a couple of one way flights. Otherwise if you have a credit card play around with http://skyscanner.co.uk/ to find the best deals. You may have to play around with different internet browsers to use it.

I agree with WHOSE Travel. 10 business days to process 10-year visa for USA. Then getting Xiamen, you can fly to Kinmen and take the ferry to Xiamen.

Lion Travel in Taipei has an English service where you can deal with them by email in English then pick up and pay for tickets etc. at your local Lion branch - I do that in Nantou. Just check their website.
