There is always dispersed camping in the National Forest (Munson Trail is in the National Forest). Pretty sure General Gun Season ends after next weekend west of Crawfordville Hwy, but this brochure says it ended Jan 31 in the ANF (???). http://myfwc.com/media/3037337/APALACHICOLA.pdf

Anybody know a veteran ( marine ) named David graham? From the toxic camp lejuene days. He was my husbands buddy and I have not been able to find him. Thanks
Yesterday I received a denial letter from the VA, I will filing a appeal, I am looking for good lawyer in GA that is familiar with Camp Lejuene.
Suzanne H. replied:
I'm repeating myself one more time and this time from a different angle, as a retired "Special Needs Advocate for the Government," your state Congressman/woman or State Senator will be able to help push it through much more easily than a lawyer and no, they, they don't always turn it down the first time if you have all the supporting documentation and it falls under one of the 15 criteria. As for veterans, you fall under the VA, sad but true. They are not accepting veterans in this program, that's what the VA is for. They do want to know if you have contracted cancer of any sort though and then you will be treated by the VA. This is all I know about this program, but to say that it's Longevity is on shaky ground. If you or anyone you know believes that they may suffer from one of the 15 ailments listed, they must have doctors evidence, the doctors portion of the CLFMP completed stating such, documentation proving they were there during the time of the contamination (this can be found in your service record book) if you don't have your complete book, you can write for it in Kansas City, Missouri. I don't know the address, but I'm certain you can google it or ask your local VA office.
Catherine H. replied:
My Service Officer said they always deny the first time you claim and you have to appeal.
