I can give you several good ones as I recently bought and sold two homes and have had repairs done. Handyman Matters is a good all around handyman service. BEC and Company is a good renovation contractor. Alex Dinkelman is a good wood rot repair and roofing contractor....he might be good fir your skylight. Hope this helps.
