Shoe Station has a surprising good selection, Hoka, Nike, Brooks, Asics, New Balance, Saucony, and probably a couple others. Not all models but not bad.

Shoe Station, Dicks, Sports Authority.

If CCR already fitted you in a shoe, you can maybe find it at Academy or Dick’s. Roadrunnersports.com has a great selection, free shipping, and 20% off if you become a VIP for $6 ish (if you can’t find your shoes locally).

I can recommend J. P. Ryan's patterns. Her woman's basic wardrobe is a good place to start. You can ad to the basic pieces once you have purchased or made a pair of stays. If you don't want to make the stays yourself, try the Silly Sisters. http://www.sillysisters.com/ You can save money on a pair of their custom made stays if you bind the edges yourself.
