Nathong Restaurant on Mengjai in Huaw Kuong. Great food great Thai music great service. If 100 call ahead they have rooms plus can set up outside. 100% family Thai experience!!

What do you mean by "Latin restaurant"? If you mean Spanish, Portuguese or from Latin American, then I know a couple of them. Inez tapas bar ( Mexican, Spanish and Portuguese cuisine and drinks), Bodega Salud from Spain and many Mexican's such as Bar Burrito, Pancho Vila, etc. Check gastropub.fi.
