Taos Offroad is my place! Norbert has helped me tremendously, really really honest business. In contrast, Been to Torres with awful experience even before getting my car fixed. and then tire factory only changed my tires, good price but they neglected to tell me how messedup my bearings were. Conclusion was, Tire factory only changes tires period. Luckily Norbert caught the problem w my bearings before i went on a really long road trip, wouldnt have made it without him.

I made an appointment at Taos Tire Factory. When I showed up on time, the mechanic was all ready for me. Clean shop. Organized. I was greeted professionally and his questions were smart and on target. Not only did he go above and beyond, the entire staff was freindly and helpful. When they discovered the issue was not really a problem they came to me and explained the situation. They got me fix up and, while all this was going on they found a nail in a tire, pulled it and repaired it. Charged me nothing. Could have made hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs and I would never have known. They are absolutely the go to place for me.
