Cafe no. 15 in Penwortham. Pizza Hut offer a gf pizza. The Plant Academy, Southport market. Most restaurants have either a gf menu or allergy advice info, wagamamas etc..

What I do is check the menus and always ask for GF options. I usually go to Tarleton Chippy, Fresco Fresco in Croston. Most restaurants and cafes will always have gluten free options. It is hard at first but join Coeliac UK and they can help. Frankie and Bennys are also good.
