I was referred to myo for my shoulder by my chiro:) I did have to go regularly at first but now at a point that I see both about 6 times a year for 'maintenance'. At least for me Defence Health covers half the cost. Hope you find something that works for you soon Xx

Bree, I also have a friend who is a Physio and manages chronic pain himself who wrote a book and has a website called Beyond Pain. He won a work safe award for it, check this out too. His name is Anjelo Ratnachandra and it's called Beyond Pain, google and you will find his website and you tube clips, etc
