Very expensive. Best deal out there right now is Partner--100MB ISP and infrastructure (Bezeq), including Bezeq installation and modem/router rental at NIS89 per month, for one year.

Groceries - Rami Levy and/or Osher Ad - but that depends on where you live.
Nat Z. replied:
Lacey Diaz-Habben--I'm pretty-good at monitoring my expenses. Cell and internet services are miniscule line-items these days. Where you buy your groceries is a matter for comparison shopping where you live. Rami Levy may be a few agurot cheaper on one item, and Osher Ad on another, and Shufersal on something else. It won't make a huge difference. Unless you leave huge sums at any bar, this won't be your problem either--but reduce it by buying beer at the super and bringing it home. Your expensive line-items are maintaining a dog, and where you live. Ramat Gan has same or similar housing costs to TA. And various dog expenses can be high everywhere. Sorry if this makes you unhappy--you needn't read, and I won't waste any more time writing you. Have a great life!

Leave Ramat Gan for cheaper housing. Give away dog, and don't go out to bars--you cut out both of those line-items.
Nat Z. replied:
Dave Levy--She wants to save money, but it boils down to buying milk at 10 agurot less at one super instead of the other. The heavy stuff is locked-in.

Recommendations for utilities and internet service providers please? And what is the lead time to getting them set up?
Josh S. replied:
Alreet mate, I'm getting Tinternet in my new flat today. I called Thursday and sorted it all out. With regards to Internet you need infrastructure and you also need a username and password to use the internet which is provided by several providers. I'm using Bezeq for the infrastructure and Bezeq Bank Leumi for the username and password. Also, it might not be the cheapest, but the customer service is good for someone like me that doesn't speak much Hebrew.
What is the best and most reliable Internet service available? Thanks

It is a subgroup of this, specifically meant for recommendations which are not directly financially related (such as internet, doctors, etc.). LFSII = Living Financially Smarter in Israel.
