Yes! Hire a behavioral trainer. This is from my sweetheart who did a lot of work at German Shepherd Rescue in the past.

David Serpa she is amazing!!! She is a retired USMC Capt. And the nicest person you will ever meet!! Very inexpensive too!!! She does private one- on-one sessions with you and the dog for 1 hour for 6 weeks and it only cost $120!!!!
