The exterior painter should fill cracks and repair stucco prior to painting. I know a plumber. I use Cochrans Pool Service and Repair you can ask them if they can tutor you in pool care after they help you get it straightened out. I have heard good things about a medical practice located in the medical bldg next to the hospital right here on Southern.
