What about ABC Health and Wellness Center? You could always add a massage therapist or early morning yoga and wouldn't need to alter the name much.

Keep it simple. Villalobos Chiropractic, or something along those lines. You want your name in there so people can find you easy and identify your name with the practice name. I have no idea who the doctor at advanced chiropractic or back to health chiropractic, etc. is.
