Nick Ross is correct. It's all how your Dr's office codes the claim to insurance. I had multiple sonos with both of mine and insurance covered all of them. The people in insurance probably only looked at your basic coverage. Dig deeper and I bet you will find out more details. congrats!!!!!!

Mortgage co. Wants all paperwork done before they will reimburse funds. 25% of that money will be issued once this is complete, then they will perform 2 inspections at the halfway point and at the end, during which they will reimburse another 25% and then the rest once final inspection is approved. I know this is complicated but we have no control over this.
