I had a pageant dress done by the silver needle for my 12 year olds pageant last summer. To my disappointment the seamstress altered the gown one size too small. My daughter couldn't fasten the gown. So...the Silver Needle manager stated that she and her family would be going out of town and that they could not correct it in time for her pageant. Thus I had to purchase another gown from Second Chances for 100 dollars and had it dry cleaned for 54 dollars. I didn't have time to debate with them about reimburse- ment.

I use that place on 7 th st right before you get to Kings hwy, it a tiny lil crappy building....I think its called Dots Alterations.....she does all of my dress pants and dresses for me and she is quick and cheap!
