i would never use AARP lets just say you get what you pay for! They messed us up so bad. We had ALL the proper paperwork and they did not file the right paperwork! Months later the IRS sent uses notice we owed $30000!!! I nearly had a heart attack! They would not help us! A friend referred us to Marie at Affordable Accounts and in 2 days with calls to the IRS she got it straightened out and filed the necessary papers. We owed $2300 when all was said and done and her cost back then was $175 for everything she had to do. Well worth it. Been with her ever since! She has fixed filings for many people over the years that went to AARP.
