Bella Orchid is my favorite. I have tried several that have been mentioned. Located near Honeybaked Ham in the Best Buy/Bed Bath &Beyond on Rolling Acres and 441. Tina does my pink and whites, and Sam (the owner) does my pedicures. Very clean spa, very friendly people.

I have seen them taken out of new plastic bags to use at Viva Nails..

Melissa Cyr is correct it's the water massaging jets in the bowl that need to be clean after each pedicure.

They are also opening a new shop (Nails and Beyond) in the new shopping plaza coming late spring, early summer 2016 at the corner of Morse and 44 (where the new Publix is going).
