This thread is a keeper! BTW, I love the 'pecan ball' at Green Pastures: ball of vanilla ice cream with pecans and chocolate on the outside. Don't know if they still have it.

Anyone have suggestion for homemade queso? We like to do fajita or taco night, but kids won't eat rotel and velveeta...to used to restaurant :( any suggestions??
