That FB link above is to the yorkshire equine dentistry group.....just had a look and it appears there is a page malfunction with it at the moment as it doesn't show Sally Kingsley, Chris Napthine' Marcus Fasey and Matt Kerrigan who are also group members and all fully qualified and approved. Here is a comprehensive list of all the EDTs who are approved and qualified to carry out equine dental procedures. www.baedt.com

I'm at Beech House Dental Practice, 2 North Road, Ripon - managed to register as NHS before I had kids by saying I had a root canal that needed redoing (they saw the ££s I think!) But I think some dentists will take you NHS if you have kids? Or just the kids maybe? Hope you get sorted. Hx

Hi Lisa All the surgeries are good. We are with Thirsk Heath Centre. I would try Alpha in Thirsk they were taking NHS patients, though not sure if they are taking on now. My youngest daughter is 4 too and both her and eldest daughter (8) are at Sowerby. Hubby does the school run, but hope to meet you soon.

Hi Lauren for your information here are ALL the EDTs in Yorkshire that are qualified to provide cat1 and cat2 dental procedures for you British association of equine dental technicians (BAEDT) http://www.baedt.com/?c=5403 And the yorkshire equine equine dentistry page has a profile for each EDT hope that helps
