Sarah Hindle, I don't want to influence your decision on any of the above solicitors but it would be worth checking out Solicitor.Info which provides reviews about solicitors. There is a particular review for Matthew Robinson at Poulton by a Peter J posted on 30/3/17 about his experience on conveyancing/property. He describes it as shocking - just shocking and that he almost lost a house sale.
