Steve's Chip Shop near the front do gluten free batter for your fish. Just make sure you request it when ordering. they also cook it with the chips so that it is segregated from the normal battered stuff. He's not yet invested in the GF sausages but at least the batter is there.

The Little Restaurant (Syd Little) at The Steamer Fleetwood.I can well recommend the Lamb Henry,mixed grill,homemade steak pie and fish and chips.
