I don't know about cheap, but Dr quint at Jasper Animal is amazing. 185 for 3 visits

I used Dr. Katie Smith for 20 months with my old dog who had laryngeal paralysis and hind end weakness. She came to the house and did acupuncture and laser treatment. My dog was very anxious when he went to a vets office. I don't know how her prices compare. She was kind, competent, and relaxed around my pets, even when my kitty wanted to eat her equipment.
