Those old brick homes . I had problems every year before I had cats, but Nick Vigil at RannM Pest Control came every October and 60$ took care of the problem all Winter . Never saw a dead mouse or a life one after he put out those special traps . He runs a small family business so you don't get always changing staff and he really makes sure you are taken care of . I started with the dad 25 yrs ago, they also saved the bees I had repeatedly in my chimney 720 436 5174 or 303 722 0994

Budget Pest Control. They've always worked for us. Or just having a cat in the house did it for me too.

I was reading my sisters facebook page and she had shared a homemade recipe for pet treats Unfortuately, the recipe included garlic, which is toxic to most dogs and cats.. some naturalist for pets think 'a little' garlic is alright. But most vets say, on average, better to not risk. http://m.humanesociety.org/animals/resources/tips/foods_poisonous_to_pets.html#.UqKmvqNlDFo. Something to keep on hand if you have pets.

Yes John D Elliott, I have actual experience from my teenhood. Luckily our terrier was ok after vitamin K shots. But, I knew she'd eaten the dead tainted mouse only because class was dismissed early the day Reagan was shot. I was a freshman at D U. Weird and true!
