Working side by side with me is Etna who has been a hairdresser for 12 years an also a Paul Mitchell trained hairdresser. We are located in Olas Altas near across from Macaws. You can book online at www.tippytoesmaz.com. Color is our thing at Tippy Toes.

Ask Chrysanthe Tan. She models for Sassoon and knows "dramatic" hair pretty well. She'll probably recommend Jonathan Castellanos...who's work is definitely artisanal. "Llanos" has a nice website / portfolio, too.

I googled "dramatic haircut" and I'm assuming this is what you meant. http://www.thedatereport.com/dating/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/sad_haircut_dramatic-haircut-tv.jpg
