We have similar issues as you, Bruno is coming up to 8, has had arthritis for 7 years, three knee surgeries, hip dysplasia and has extreme weakness in his hind legs due to Laryngeal Paralysis. There are also these rubber bands you can place on their nails, I can't remember the name. We also put non slip rugs and mats down as all our floors are either wooden or tiled. X
