Go to Realtor.com, and search for Timberon. Lots of realtors have land for sale here; also try ebay and "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO.com).

I bought my home and land sight-unseen thru the internet. I found it thru Realtor.com. My agent was Bernard McCann, who was then with ERA, but is now with Garland Realty in Alamogordo. Without him, I probably wouldn't have been secure enough to have done it. He was a godsend; he drove up here, walked thru the house, took lots more pictures than were on the website, answered questions about the condition of the roof, etc., dealt with all the negotiations between the then-owners and their realtor. He even emailed me copies of all the paperwork, which I then printed, signed/initialed, scanned, and sent back to him via email. I met him in Alamogordo and he led me up to my new home, so I wouldn't get lost. Living up here is fantastic, once you adjust to being 1.5 hours from any stores or services.
