Just an FYI ... All banks have these issues so switching banks won't change anything ... they will give you your money back and block that company if it's not authorized for future reference...

TD.ombudsman@td.com. If the branch can't give any answers, ask to escalate the problem to a supervisor or branch manager. If neither of those offer suitable answers or move towards resolution, send an email to the ombudsman, explain the situation from start to finish with as much detail as possible. They answer within 24 hours.
