with LG you have to call the company and book a service call and the tech will come and tell you what's wrong. I know I had an LG washer and the piece I needed I couldn't buy it straight from the appliance store unless I booked a call with LG. But go to Timmins Aplliance on Balsam North and talk to the guy there since thats who LG deals with when a service call is booked.
