I don't know about the medical card but Grove Dental in Bolingbrook is wonderful. My 5 year old needed a tooth removed and actual needs another out due to a horrible cavity. Procedure was 30 min and they were very good with her.

My dentist offered a payment plan under a credit plan called Care Credit. It's a plan offered by most dentists, oral surgeons and other health care providers. You can sent it to pay it off in 6 mos or 12 mos or however long you need. Most plans offer no interest if paid in 12 months or less.
