The Natural History Museum! It's free to get in and amazing! The gift shop is pretty good for all kinds of children's toys.

Also worth checking out are the little markets (flea markets) at Covent Garden. You can find some Staffordshire dogs and other vintage finds and if you go and find any size 3 or 4 TUKS kitty shoes let me know, heeheee
