We were burnt by Lighthouses by Murphy, and so have many people. He has used numerous business names along with personal names. And has been at multiple addresses. http://www.bbb.org/toledo/business-reviews/novelties-retail/northcoast-nautical-in-luna-pier-mi-23000999

All off the internet, from the BBB site. Prior to operating under the current name of The Lighthouse Factory, owner Terry Murray ran his business under the names of Northcoast Nautical, Lighthouses by Murphy and Litehouses. In the past, Mr. Murray, who also goes by the name Murphy, had a pattern of failing to respond to complaints forwarded to him by Better Business Bureau. Complaints generally involved Mr. Murray's failure to deliver the lighthouses he was commissioned to create. In most cases, Mr. Murray was paid in advance, for his services. BBB files also reflect that in prior years, the Ohio Attorney General Office was involved in helping consumers get restitution for the lighthouses that were paid for and not delivered by Mr. Murray. BBB file opened: 11/18/1992 Business Management Principal: Mr. Terry "Murphy" Murray (Owner) Business Category Novelties - Retail Alternate Business Names Lighthouses by Murphy, Inc., Litehouses, Inc., The Lighthouse Factory, Inc. - See more at: http://www.bbb.org/toledo/business-reviews/novelties-retail/northcoast-nautical-in-luna-pier-mi-23000999#sthash.J9uWXJsm.dpuf
