For something a little different from the usual catering options, I'd recommend looking into catering from local street food vans. e.g. I'd highly recommend [Mr Papa](https://www.mrpapa.com.au/catering) - delicious Peruvian street food, flexible and friendly service straight from the owner, and the presentation of the catering is a work of art (not a sponsored ad, but if Mr Papa is reading, I would be very happy for them to pay me through their food).

Potholes Aussie Smokers in Hume. Give them a call. Closed Sundays. (62601090) I'm pretty sure they still do catering. It's stuff like pulled pork sliders and chicken wings and the like. I regularly shop there for my bbq supplies.
