The only organization I which I've personally witnessed how things are distributed is at Grace Place in Torrington. They take great care in doing so. I know a handful of people who have been recipients who were indeed in great need of the clothes they received.

Please give a call to the YMCA shelter and see if there is anyone there who could use any of the items. 860-379-0708. Besides that there are local churches, FISH, and many other great resources listed here! Thank you for doing such a wonderful thing for so many! :)
