Rachael Boniface@NQ Pyshio Centre on Thurnigowa Drive. She's amazing, dealing with all things pregnancy & women's health related pre and post natal. I had sciatic pain throughout both my pregnancies and Rachael helped to relieve the pain. She also holds pregnancy Pilates classes which were fantastic for maintaining some level of exercise and keeping my body moving and in shape-can't recommend her highly enough! She saved me! Also pregnancy massage by Casey Lynn at Boheme on thuringowa Drive was divine and the most relaxing massage I've had in years...they have the belly table so you can lay on your front! Amazeballs! Good luck!

Could also try a TENS machine. The hospital used to hire them for $50 refundable on return. I had back and leg pains throughout my pregnancy to the point I couldn't walk. This is some info on what it is and how it works. I also used Bowen therapy and acupuncture. http://www.babycenter.com.au/a542581/tens-

There are new Asian masseurs at Annandale Central. Jase & I have each been and they are excellent, close too. Pity you didn't say this arvo as I probably could have relieved some of the pain by showing you pressure points to work on. Good luck!
'Hey Mums, does anyone know of a good maternal massage therapist? Cheers!'
Giselle R. replied:
I went to My Masseur on Fulham Rd. They have a bed with a hole cut out were your stomach goes. It was awesome being able to lay on my tummy just for a bit!
