I used Harlans Home Services out of Waterford (Not Stockton - they've gotten some bad reviews). I felt they did a good job and for what I thought was reasonable ($120). They might charge more for going to Tracy though. As a matter fact, the young man that was helping the owner recognized Joey's picture on my bookcase and turned out he went to school with Joey up at Buttes, do remember me telling you about that!
