My Godfather, Lynn Frigard at Frigard chiropractic in Tracy is excellent. I've been going to him my whole life. He's the only person I trust to work on my back. Once you start going then you should do daily back exercises to help. Hope you feel better!

Ashley, Valley Chiropractic, Tim Coykendall. I see him all the time. He treats me for my pain. I feel better after I leave. If you don't see him then the only one I would recommend is Larry Nicholson. They are both the best in the area. They won't string you along like the others here in town.

Yes also acupuncture but only go to Dr. Yu. She's right there by your work next to locksmith. Called Tracy acupuncture. I walked in there hurting really bad, hunched over from the pain. I left walking straight up and moving my arms. Pain was gone.

It took me forever to find a good chiropractor!!! I ended up driving to Livermore for mine. It's Flynn Chiropractic, it is a husband and wife and they adjust you then give you a personal training session to strengthen the muscles and keep your adjustment. It is the same price as every other place too!
