A good little book to get as well for your own personal use is "Feisty Fido" by Patricia McConnell and Karen B. London. It is exercises and such to help dogs that are reactive when onlead...also covering how to deal with emergency situations where other dogs suddenly appear too close to you for your dog to be able to cope with it.
