I would suggest one extra item I did for my basement redo.... put in a dricore sunfloor. For the little bit of extra space it takes from the room hight, it keeps the temperature and moisture of the room more comfortable. http://www.dricore.com/

Avoid Owens Corning basement system. Also CT basement Systems has great stuff but really expensive. Great option if you get water though.
