I personally recommend Terminix. I know they're not a small local company but we used them for about 2 years straight and had NO problems out of ANY pests. We stopped using them after we'd been living in our new home for about 2 years and felt that we'd eradicated the pest problems that existed when we first moved in the home from sitting empty for so long with no maintenance. After about a year of not using any pest control services, we noticed little things here and there and decided we needed to just keep getting quarterly home treatments to prevent any future pest problems from growing out of hand. We contacted a local company and had them come out and do the first, initial treatment. Since then, it has seemed like we're seeing more bugs/pests than we were BEFORE the treatment, almost like whatever they did, somehow ATTRACTED bugs/pests that we didn't even have before. We decided going back to Terminix was our best bet and have been very pleased with that choice since then. Good luck.
