yes. There is a lady on tanque verde road who specializes in leather. As you head east she is on the right side of the road across from that miniature golf place. I think it's "Alterations Etc." 6590 E Tanque Verde, 296-0575. By appointment only. They altered a leather coat that Tuffy left me.

A K Tailors on Broadway near Craycroft. The woman that owns it is super sweet and does a wonderful job. She can be a little pricey, but it's worth it. She tailors anything from work clothes to jeans to wedding dresses. Came highly recommended from Yelp and many of my co-workers, including the president of our company. Hope that helps you on your search!:)
