I had a good experience with Dog Wizard of Fort Collins. They will take dogs with these kinds of issues. And they have Saturday group sessions you can join in on anytime once the training is done to keep them practiced.

Working with them now and I can't say enough good things about them. They are kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. Wizards are the way to go!!!

Trish look on amazon or pop into a pet smart, candelas, or bass pro and look for training videos by or that use the method created by a guy named Richard Wolters. He does sport dogs and family/house dogs obedience. Easy method to use and it works. I used it to train my field/hunting dogs.
