We are very lucky in town, and we have great photographers. Sarah Lee has been taking our photos for years, but we also have had photos with Amanda Oijen and Trent - Eye For Detail Photography, and we were super happy with the results.:)

I know Trent Ernst used to do that, but I don't think he still does. I got mine in Walmart. They were for CIC, so they needed to be date stamped in the back. When I got my new BC services card, the ladies at ICBC took my photo, so maybe check with them in case they can help you.
