Rules changed during the furlough a few months ago. Normally, you are entitled to one no cost move to an on post housing unit per PCS orders, especially if you accepted off post housing due to unavailability. I recommend contacting the JPPSO office on Monday. Don't forget, you can always apply for an exception to policy. You would be surprised what a well written letter (justification) can accomplish.
